Treatment is tailored to the patient’s specific condition and goals, with the aim of reducing pain, improving strength and movement, and supporting safe return to daily activities or sports.
Yoga
Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindful awareness to support overall health and well-being. It helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation while encouraging mental focus and stress reduction. Yoga can be adapted to suit people of all ages and ability levels.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, precise movements. Using both the mat and the reformer, Pilates emphasizes core stability, proper alignment, and balanced muscle development. Mat work relies on body weight for resistance, while the reformer uses springs and pulleys to provide adjustable support and challenge, making the practice adaptable for rehabilitation, fitness, and performance goals.
Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that originated in the early 20th century. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). It is based on the belief that a “universal life force energy” flows through all living things. When this energy is low or blocked, it can contribute to physical, emotional, or mental distress. Reiki practitioners use gentle, non-invasive touch or hovering hand positions over the body to promote the free flow of this energy.
